we had a wonderful stay at nova. the rooms were immaculate and felt brand new, which made our experience even better. being centrally located made it easy to explore everything on foot, with various dining options just a short walk away. the included breakfast was good, and the staff went above and beyond, even lending me a charger when I forgot mine. we really loved the atmosphere and the pool; it was perfect for our family getaway!
Nothing to complain about! 😊.

I lovely spend 1 night in Kiama. I booked double room overlooking the ocean. Tea/coffee, a TV, and a kitchenette were available in the room. The hotel had a very central position just off Close to the railway station, wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops and the centre of town. Also, Kiama Municipal Council was 1 km away, perfectly reachable

Booked this for our weekend and it met requests. By and large, it was ideal place for sightseeing in Kiama, had much fun. Loved being close to the train station.

The sea view room offered stunning vistas, though the added cost didn't seem justified with the road noise I encountered. Despite the room being a bit small, I enjoyed the brightness that illuminated it, and I would have preferred coffee cups with handles and a more comfortable desk chair.
One minor drawback was the pervasive brightness throughout the night from both internal and courtyard lighting, which made it difficult to achieve a restful sleep. A little adjustment in lighting could enhance the overall experience.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a pretty nice area, just off the Main Street and restaurants. There were coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge and an oven in the absolutely perfect room. A roll in shower in the bathroom was a plus. The location of the property was great and amazing - at a medium distance from Kiama Blowhole. Everything was simply great.

The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Kiama Blowhole. There were several stores and all major stores around the hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from shops, cafes, and the iconic Blowhole. The onsite parking was a breeze, and I really enjoyed grabbing a coffee from the kombie shack every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful too!
The housekeeping was a huge letdown. I found my room not cleaned properly, with dirty dishes still in the sink and no fresh towels. I expected way more for the price I paid. It really ruined what could have been a perfect stay.
